Gratuity is not included in the pricing and is left to your own discretion, however a 10-15% gratuity is generally recommended.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations for your mobile spa services can be made up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. The 25% non-refundable deposit to book your mobile group party is not refundable and will not be returned to you in any circumstance. 

Cancellations for your in spa visit can be made up to 24 hours in advance. In some circumstance, if 24 hour notice isn't given or if you miss your appointment, a fee of $20 may apply to re-schedule your appointment.

There is absolutely NO REFUNDS for services already completed.


Reservation Policy:

A mobile individual spa day must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and mobile group parties should be booked 2 weeks in advance in order to book your preferred date and time.


Personal Mobile Spa Day Details:

A minimum amount of $100.00 is required in order to book an appointment. Payment must be made in full 48 hours before your scheduled appointment and can be made by e-transfer or paypal.


Group Mobile Party Details:

A minimum amount of $200.00 is required in order to book a spa day with you and your friends. A 25% Non-Refundable deposit is required at the time of booking your party, and full payment is due 48 hours before your scheduled spa party date. Payment can be made by e-transfer or paypal.
